1. Acceptance

By accessing clyforge.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Clyforge, an early-stage business based in Germany. Provider identification is set out in our Imprint, which will be updated with company registration details once incorporation is complete.

2. Scope

These terms cover use of the Site only. Consulting, development and other services are governed by a separate written agreement signed with each client. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance; a contract is formed only when a written statement of work is executed by both parties.

3. Information on the Site

Content is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Examples of outcomes describe what our systems are designed to do and are not a guarantee of results in any specific environment.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, crawl or harvest content or data at scale without permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading or malicious content through our forms.
• Do not use the Site in a way that interferes with other users.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics and the Clyforge name and logo are owned by Clyforge or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent. Third-party product names (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n and Slack) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Submissions

Information you submit through our forms is handled under our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are entitled to share any information you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death, personal injury, fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, the courts at our registered seat in Germany have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply where you reside.
